Production process:
The production of our Triangle Bending Fence Panel begins with high-quality low-carbon steel coils, which undergo precision cold-drawing to achieve target wire diameters (3.5/4/5mm). Using CNC-controlled bending machines, wires are formed into triangular wave patterns, creating the signature mesh structure with 50-200mm apertures. Panels are robotically welded to vertical support wires, ensuring uniform spacing and structural integrity. Posts (round/square/peach-shaped) are fabricated from steel tubes via hydraulic press forming, then seamlessly integrated with panels through MIG welding.
A 6-stage surface treatment follows:
